Welcome! Here’s how to list your ministry or products:

1) Choose your Ministry Type
– Go to: Vendor Dashboard → Products → Add New (or Edit)
– In the “Ministry Type” field, select the option that best fits (e.g., Church & Ministries, Mission & Outreach Connections, Video Ministry, App Publisher, etc.).
– If you select “Video Ministry”, an extra field called “Video Category” will appear. Pick the best match (e.g., Music: Instrument & Vocal Tutorials, Sermon Webinars, etc.).

2) App Download Link (if you publish apps)
– Paste your App Store / Google Play URL into the field “App Download Link”.

3) Assign the correct Product Category
– In the Product Categories panel, choose the category that matches the page on the main site (e.g., “Christian Apps: Apps for Kids”, “Sermon & Pastor Resources: Sermon Series Library”, etc.).
– If you don’t see the right category, contact the site admin so it can be added.

4) Product Type & Pricing
– Physical items → “Simple product” or “Variable product”.
– Digital downloads (PDFs, audio, etc.) → “Simple product” + check “Virtual” and “Downloadable”.
– Free resources: set price to 0.00 (or use a “Free” product type if enabled). The directory pages hide prices for ministry listings.

5) Media
– Add a clear product thumbnail and any gallery images.
– For videos, add a short description and link in the product content, and choose a “Video Category” if you are a Video Ministry.

6) Save & Publish
– Click “Submit” or “Update”. Your listing will appear on the site in the matching directory page.
