Shepherd to Shepherd – Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Shepherd to Shepherd (“Platform,” “We,” “Us”) and the undersigned or registering vendor (“Vendor,” “You”). By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:

1. Statement of Faith

As a vendor on Shepherd to Shepherd, you affirm and agree with the following:

  • God created the world.

  • God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for our sins.

  • Jesus Christ rose from the dead and lives in the hearts of those who accept Him as Savior.

  • God is three in one: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

  • Every word of the Holy Bible is true, inspired by God, and authoritative.

  • Jesus Christ is coming again, just as the Scriptures declare.

Vendors who do not affirm these beliefs may not participate on this platform.

2. Vendor Standards

  • All products, services, and content offered through your vendor store must align with biblical principles.

  • Merchandise that contradicts Scripture, uses profanity, belittles Christians, or promotes values outside the Christian faith is strictly prohibited.

  • Vendors may not sell, advertise, or promote content that conflicts with Shepherd to Shepherd’s mission and values.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the products, services, or content you provide.

  • You must honor all sales, orders, and customer commitments made through Shepherd to Shepherd.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your products comply with applicable laws (e.g., copyright, safety, fair business practices).

4. Shepherd to Shepherd Rights

  • We reserve the right to review, approve, or reject any vendor application.

  • We reserve the right to remove or suspend any vendor account, store, or product that violates this Agreement, our Website Policy, or our Statement of Faith.

  • We are not responsible for vendor disputes, product quality, or customer dissatisfaction.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Vendors agree to any applicable platform fees or commissions as outlined in Shepherd to Shepherd’s vendor registration process.

  • Payments are processed through third-party payment systems, and vendors are responsible for providing accurate account information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shepherd to Shepherd is not liable for:

  • Losses, damages, or disputes arising from vendor products or services.

  • Claims related to vendor actions, customer interactions, or sales disputes.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages connected to your participation as a vendor.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your vendor account immediately if you:

  • Violate this Agreement,

  • Contradict the Statement of Faith,

  • Harm the reputation, integrity, or mission of Shepherd to Shepherd.

8. Agreement

By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Vendor Agreement, our Statement of Faith, Website Policy, and Terms of Use.
